Displaying cherry red flowers when in bloom, the Funckiana is an attractive and interesting airplant that when hung upside down, will twist toward the light. This twisting produces some unusual and interesting forms. The Funckiana, reminiscent of pine, grows needle-like leaves along its stems and is a truly wonderful spectacle if left to grow into a clump once offsets start to be produced. This airplant prefers a light but frquent watering and moderate light.
