Pruinosa

This airplant, also known as the 'fuzzy wuzzy' plant is a delight to add to any collection. The trichomes (tiny hairs) along its leaves give it a 'frosty' look, although if exposed to bright light the leaves turn a deep purple. It prefers dappled light and is comfortable in a cooler environment. This easy to care for plant is great for beginners and its aesthetic make it popular amongst collectors. When this plant blooms it produces showstopping purple bloom from pink bracts. Pruinosa requires only light watering.
